We are representing one of our top Aerospace OEM with presence over 300 locations to expand their MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) solutioning business across Asia. Reporting to a highly remarkable Operations Director, Successful candidate will be responsible for driving a newly set up supply chain department in managing inventory flow, direct purchasing of materials, planning shipment, and managing logistics and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives; partnering distribution manager and Central Purchasing Team to achieve the most cost-effective purchasing, warehousing, and shipping solution to improve operational flow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for sustaining 4PL control tower solutions. Drive continuous improvement of the Shipping Process with 4PL Solution Provider and Internal Customers to achieve cost effective logistic solutions.
• Support Materials Controller on key Supplier development effort for improvement on OTD, Quality, and Cost reduction. Focal point for Contract Pricing to benefit economic-of-scale across Value Stream.

Requirement:

• Minimum a degree in any field with minimum 5 years of relevant supply chain management experience.
• Candidate with prior Aerospace MRO experience will be advantageous.
• Candidate should possess proven track record in supply chain cost saving or process improvement.
• Familiar with shipping or freight forwarding documentations and processes.
