    Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) is dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum and to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. We are looking for a digital-savvy project assistant to support us in an upcoming fundraising event.

    Period: May to July 2024

    Job Responsibilities

    Work closely with the ARC AVSW team to provide social media support for A Very Special Walk (AVSW), the signature fundraising campaign of Autism Resource Centre (Singapore).

    Areas include, but are not limited to:

    Digital Campaign Support

    · Work closely with the fundraising manager to ideate and implement campaign according to guidelines.

    · Working with key stakeholders to develop and maintain a content calendar for the duration of the campaign (including pre- and post-event).

    · Content management: Plan, draft, create and execute engaging content on AVSW social media platforms, ensuring timely and regular content output.

    Community Management

    · Monitor and respond to posts, comments, and reviews across AVSW social media platforms.

    Event Support

    · Provide pre-event and onsite live event coverage on social media, if any.

    · Consolidate and monitor event coverage, if any.

    Analytics

    · Work with campaign manager to monitor social media analytics and develop new ideas to improve campaign reach.

    Requirements

    · GCE "A" Levels and above

    · Possess experience in social media communications and digital marketing

    · Proficient in graphic design and video-editing skills for content creation

    · Creative - able to ideate and contribute ideas towards the campaign

    · Proactive and able to work independently under direction

    · Able to commit immediately till end July 2024
