- Maintain good understanding of daily operations of the clinic.
- Lead the strategic planning and setup of a new hospital facility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics, resource allocation, and timelines for the successful launch of the new hospital.
- Manage project budget with tracking and reporting of variances.
- Identify, evaluate, and procure equipment and technology required for hospital operations.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges and milestones.
- Responsible for devising innovative strategies and workflow enhancement to continually improve patient care journey.
- Responsible for handling administrative matters pertaining to service points assigned.
- Manage patient feedback and monthly statistical reports.
- Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned.
- Other adhoc duties assigned.
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years' work experience in Healthcare Industry
- Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous.
- Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership – internal and external stake holders.
- Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
- Knowledge in hospital software application will be advantageous.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
