Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Partnership Executive/Manager in Zero1, you will be a key member of the Consumer Sales team. The role is based in our office in Singapore. You will work closely with key stakeholders & other teams in the Company to support the growth of Zero1.


You will:

  • Be responsible for identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities through inbound lead followup, outbound cold calls and partner visits.
  • Support Zero1's partners through providing training, technical support and administrative information to help drive growth and the adoption of Zero1 services.
  • Drive engagement and build strong relationships with Zero1 partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align our internal goals with partners.
  • Structure, negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with incoming and renewing partners.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including promotions, lead generation, and/or event partnerships.
  • Provide strategic thinking about how each partner touchpoint can help attract new users & increase engagement.
  • Audit brand messaging on partner's touchpoints regularly for consistency and performance.
  • Stay involved and collaborate with all departments on upcoming projects and provide updates on what's happening on the ground.
  • Projects will include service launches, sponsorships & events.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends, industry conversations, and the pulse of the community. Understand what drives Zero1 audiences & why should they care about what we have to offer.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, channel sales or business development, preferably in retail or B2C industry.
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into simple & persuasive communications that can drive substantial engagements & conversions.
  • Deep passion in wanting to build business relationships.
  • Proficiency in influencing Zero1's partners to rally behind our brand.
  • Proactive in a team & able to work independently without supervision.
**Prior experience in telecommunications & related industries will have an added advantage
