PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
An exciting Procurement Executive role has been made available within an established logistics company.
This is a newly created role as part of business expansion here in Singapore and it is an individual contributor role.
This firm focuses on various logistics solutions.About the Procurement Executive Role:
The Procurement Executive is responsible for forecasting, material planning, and procurement functions in line with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Deploy organization's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs in accordance with the company's ESG guidelines and policies
Address customer dissatisfaction with products, and service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues in support of the company's supply chain operations.
File electronic and hardcopy documents according to standard procedures and requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong technical knowledge within the power and energy industry.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional qualifications requires a minimum of 1-year working experience.
A diploma in Supply Chain requires a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
