We are looking for enthusiatic and cheerful individuals to join our dynamic and expanding customer service team. This role mainly to cover when the person absent like mc, annual leave.

:

Part-time Salary: $12/hour (weekday) $14/hour (weekends)

Working hour: 9-6pm (weekday) 9-1pm (weekend)


Job Scope

:


  • Provide before and after sales service and consultation to all potential customers
  • Prepare quotations, invoice generation and payment collections
  • Supports daily operations from time to time
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirement

:


  • Customer service focus and deliver professionally on brand experience
  • Friendly and pleasant disposition, selfmotivated and service oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details, excellent team player and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment
  • Good administrative and organizing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
  • Sitelink knowledge a plus
  • Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience
