Work location: Multiple Locations (East / West / Central)

We're partnering with multiple companies and they are looking for a HR Executive (Generalist)

As a HR Executive, you will be managing the full HR functions with different area of focus.

Job Scope

:

Full spectrum of HR function
Strong in HR operations/transactional activities
Full spectrum of payroll process
Employee Engagement & Relations Communication maintain a healthy, safe and fun work environment, build and engage with managers & employees, resolve workplace issues
Support in L&D/T&D programme
Ensure HR practices are in line with the statutory requirements and market practices
Assists in country level HR policies and procedures
Assists in Internal Audit

Requirements

:

23 years of experience as a HR Generalist or with payroll experience
Min Diploma/Degree holder in related field
Knowledge of HR domain will be advantageous.
Possesses good interpersonal, communication and organisational and planning skills
Possesses good management skills
Ability to multitask and has keen eye for details
