Contact Verification Specialist | Remote | LATAM

Are you a phone pro who thrives on high-volume outreach and loves turning bad data into clean pipelines? We're building something important — and we need a sharp, reliable communicator to help us do it right.

We're hiring a Contact Verification/Appointment Setting Specialist to support our Case Investigation and Engagement teams. Your mission: ensure our outreach lands by verifying and confirming contact information for approximately 200 companies per week through high-volume outbound calls.

This is a focused, process-driven role with real impact — you're the first link in the chain that makes every downstream conversation possible.

The Role:

• Conduct outbound calls throughout the full workday to verify Latin American company contact details before our teams begin engagement
• Maintain accurate, organized records of confirmed vs. unconfirmed contacts
• Identify data gaps and flag inconsistencies with precision
• Collaborate with Case Investigation and Engagement teams to ensure smooth hand-offs
• Meet weekly verification targets with consistency and quality

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in call centers, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound calling
• Comfortable sustaining a strong phone presence across a full 8-hour shift
• Detail-oriented and process-driven — you follow systems and improve them
• Self-motivated and reliable, especially in a remote environment
• Clear, professional spoken English (additional languages a plus)
• Based in Latin America (LATAM)

Compensation & Structure

• Starting compensation: $500 USD per month
• Trial period: 3 months to evaluate performance, fit, and team integration
• Post-trial: Transition to an Independent Contractor Agreement upon successful completion
• Work setup: Fully remote — open to candidates anywhere in LATAM

Schedule

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mexico time (CST)
• Includes a 1-hour lunch break
