Onsite Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced onsite technician to join our team at prism+ in Singapore. As a onsite service professional, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting our products to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Prism products, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality service to our customers.

Provide onsite technical support and assistance to customers in resolving hardware and software issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, or software-related problems

Licence Requirements

Possess Min O-Level qualification or equivalent Relevant certifications or vocational training are advantageous (e.g., refrigeration systems certification).
