Curriculum
leadership
- leads and drives the curriculum, maintains the
consistency and quality in curriculum standards and deliverables through monitoring of the quality of planning, teaching, evaluation and assessment.
This also includes ensuring that resources in terms of physical furnishings, facilities, classroom environment and teaching materials are available to support the teaching and learning process.
Operation excellence- excellence and quality standards pertaining to children's health, hygiene and safety practices, and ensuring that SOPs for administrative and recording pertaining to these operational functions are consistently delivered at an optimal level, and meet licensing standards.
Staff management and development
- management of staff welfare, benefits and compensation, team building and bonding activities, continuous learning, training and development of all levels of staff
