Description
Project Manager involves making sure that systems like the POS, CRM, eCommerce and other facets of retail-oriented frameworks. You'll be working closely with the team that manages these systems.


Main Tasks:

Handling operations in places like Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines:

  • Helping out with the global customer relations program from a technical standpoint. This means supporting the people in charge of the program, organizing tests, and giving ideas for improvements.
  • Taking charge of a project to open a new store. You'll need to work with our tech team, local business partners, and outside companies to get everything ready.
Playing a big role in our digital plans for Indonesia:

  • Keeping a close eye on moving data from one place to another. This involves working with the people in charge of customer relations and local business owners to make sure everything goes smoothly.
  • Assisting in introducing the next part of our customer relations program. We want to use a tool called Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to better connect with our clients.
  • Sharing your thoughts in meetings about how we should run things when we're selling in other countries.
Being the go-to person when there are problems with our sales and customer relations systems.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in technologyrelated projects within the retail industry.

Skills:


  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee and coordinate complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Point of Sale (POS) systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various aspects of project planning and execution.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, business partners, and external vendors.
  • Problemsolving mindset with the capacity to address challenges creatively and implement practical solutions.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and technical aspects of system integrations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results within established timelines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Experience in managing projects involving the setup or enhancement of POS and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customerfacing technologies.
