With a rich history and a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence, we are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as their Regional Executive Director.

Job DescriptionAs the Executive Director you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, supply chain management, product development, and sales/marketing, with a focus on quality, productivity, and compliance.

You are also expected to implement continuous improvement initiatives, financial management for sustained growth, and identification of opportunities for joint ventures and mergers/acquisitions to drive long-term organizational success.

The Successful ApplicantProven executive leadership experience as a Regional CEO or in a similar senior management role, preferably within the oleo or specialty fats industry or related fields such as chemicals or food ingredients industry.

Hands-on approach with keen attention to detail, coupled with effective senior stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficient in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture management.
Leadership skills with a high level of energy and drive, capable of building and leading sustainable, high-performance teams.
