IT Support Engineer - Singapore - Glints Pte Ltd
Description
We are looking for a IT Support Engineer. The company is a company that provides software solutions. For this position, you will report to Project Manager.As an IT Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues through answering incoming calls pertaining to hardware or software issues
- Have knowledge on the organisation's software products and understanding of clients' business workflow to troubleshoot issues that were raised
- Instruct users in the appropriate use of equipment, software, etc.
- Monitor incoming job orders, etc.
- Communicate with company employees on their varying technical or nontechnical levels of understanding of computer equipment in the pursuit of solving problems and providing support
- Assist Project Manager in ensuring job orders assigned are executed and resolved
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 years or above full time experience.
- Proven experience as an IT support staff or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Salary:
$2, $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
