Customer Service - Singapore - INTERFREIGHT LINC LOGISTICS PTE. LTD.
Description
Coordinate all air and sea freight activities, including booking, documentation, permit declaration, shipment organization & tracking, billing, arranging transport;- Communicate on daily basis with shipping lines, airlines, truckers, customers, warehouse; sales representatives and oversea agent offices;
- Follow up and handle customer enquiry and call;
- Use and maintenance of internal freight system;
- Other adhoc duties when assigned;
Minimum 3 years DIRECT experience in Freight Forwarding Customer Service (none related experience will NOT be considered.)
