    Junior QA Engineer/Test Engineer L2 :
    Experience: - 3 years of experience


    Job Functions and Requirements:

    • Testing analysis, maintaining ever-growing test suites, manual test execution.
    • Develop test scripts and test cases for new product and features per Business requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain test cases and send daily feedback to other test case creators, including reviewing bug reports, recreating bugs.
    QA Engineer/Test Engineer L3 :
    Experience: - 5 years of experience


    Job Functions and Requirements:

    • Testing analysis, maintaining ever-growing test suites, manual test execution.
    • Develop test scripts and test cases for new product and features per Business requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain test cases and send daily feedback to other test case creators, including reviewing bug reports, recreating bugs.
    In addition to this, QA Engineer should perform below roles:


    • Generate deliverables for both standard and complex level testing requirements, including driving the end-to-end testing of multiple features.
    • Able to manage, coordinate and guide complex testing execution projects, This level shall be able to train and oversee QA engineers.
    • Participate in Quality Audit & Reviews
    • Coordinate with development and QA teams.
    • Defect maintenance and tracking.
    Senior QA Engineer/Test Engineer L4 :
    Experience: - 8 years of experience

    Job Functions and Requirements


    • Testing analysis, maintaining ever-growing test suites, manual test execution.
    • Develop test scripts and test cases for new product and features per Business requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain test cases and send daily feedback to other test case creators, including reviewing bug reports, recreating bugs.

    • Lead the team in ensuring quality through comprehensive metrics and be the voice of quality via metrics and readiness processes / signals. Set up appropriate metrics in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
    • Utilize tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
    • Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate processes in development cycles.
    • Metrics/SLA/KPI tracking and reporting and needed communications.
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify any potential gaps between the user requirements and product specifications to ensure high quality products.
    • Introduce new processes, advocate right use of tools as part of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing methodologies and drive efficiencies.

    Manual QA:

    • Engage with multiple stakeholders(Eng, PM, AM, Business etc) from the beginning, understand the business requirements and identify any potential quality gaps between the user requirements and product specifications
    • Write test scripts as per functional requirements of the new product/feature and ensure we build high quality products thinking through edge cases along with utilizing different quality signals like internal QA, user feedback etc to reduce SIT/UAT cycles
    • Manual QA test execution(One time) for new feature launches
    • As per product needs, provide support for additional types of non repetitive exploratory testing like mobile device coverage, localization(i18n), accessibility(a11y) etc
    • Be the voice of Quality via product launch readiness signals/metrics

    Definition of Done:
    Post feature launch

    • Partner with eng to define P0 test cases to automate via e2e or integrated tests or implement necessary logging alerts to prevent future regressions
    • Partner with change management and documentation teams on release content docs

    Driving Quality Best Practices:

    • Setup org wide Quality metrics and goals in partnership with Eng and other stakeholders
    • Introduce new process/advocate use of right tools/guidelines to drive QA programs
    • Drive org wide fixathon/testathons/optimization like quality/better eng related events in partnership with Eng teams
