Job Description:

To distribute the service & repair orders to the field Technicians depending on skill and automotive specialty
Monitor the progress of repairs and services
Optimize vehicle repair turnaround time and repair cost
Promptly update the Customer Service Team on the vehicle status and completion timing to facilitate their communication with customers
Ensure that the service/repair order quotations include all service / repairs cost
Ensure the quotations are provided to the Customer Service Advisors in a pre-agreed timeline
Monitor the process flow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency
Coordinate the service standard of the sub-contractors
Monitor the vehicles sent to the sub-contractors are serviced / repaired / returned to the Company within a pre-agreed timeline
Ensure all assigned jobs are carried out accordingly and completeness of documentation before handing over of completed vehicles to Customer Service team
Prepare all required reports
Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors

Requirements:

Min qualification:
NITEC in Engineering

Prior experience in multitasking - customer service and office admin in an engineering work environment

Character:
Sense of urgency, customer service oriented, office administrative skills, team player, able to work under pressure - handles both leasing and sales customer, directly liaise with customers on repair arrangement (estimate about 15 calls per day handled by 1 controller)
