Purchasing Officer - Singapore - SLS BEARINGS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Purchasing function including issuing Purchase orders, Tracking Payment status and Delivery Schedules
- Work with Sales teams on Quotations and expediting confirmed Orders
- Negotiate with Vendors on Cost and Lead time
- Track Purchase orders and Back order
- Monitor Stock movement and Replenishment
- Adhoc duties by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "A" Levels, Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with 3 years of working experience
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably with ERP experience
- Has Initiative and a Positive learning attitude
- Pleasant personality and Customer service orientated
- Base in Head Office Tuas, Singapore
