Description
Job Requirement:
- Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
- With clinic & customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Register patients using clinic computer software
- Schedule appointments for patients and update into system
- Handle calls and attend to enquiries
- Dispense medication (under doctor's supervision)
- Check and replenish stock when needed
- Handle payments via cash, credit card or NETS
- Assist doctor during consultation and clinical procedures/surgery
- Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other administrative duties
- Liaise with various insurance companies and make payment arrangements
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Provide good customer service to patients
