Senior/Executive, Marketing (Contract)


Job Purpose

  • To assist in the execution of the Kallang Wave Mall's marketing initiatives, tenant communications and shortterm lease events space.

Responsibilities

  • Specific areas of focus include the marketing, messaging, content assets and related project supports for seamless delivery and communications for Kallang Wave Mall.
  • Work closely with Senior Executive, Marketing to execute campaigns and tenant communications.
  • Aid in the completion of all administrative tasks to support the Marketing team.
  • Manage tenant communication activities and shortterm lease planning and execution.
  • Assist in the planning and communicating with agencies for brand design and content.
  • Assist in the creation and management of written, video, and image content for marketing channels which includes but is not limited to working closely with designers and marketing team to ensure timely delivery on creatives.
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and support campaign planning and execution.
  • Innovate and maintain up to date knowledge of brand and social content trends.
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and support marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Minimum diploma in business / marketing or related fields with 3 years of experience

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Selfstarter, able to work independently and cope with tight deadlines.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and an appetite for learning.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail.
