Roles & ResponsibilitiesINTRODUCTION:
RMA a leading BPO service provider of Manpower Outsourcing Services is looking for a client-oriented service crew to join us and become a driving force behind our exceptional service delivery to work as a team in expanding businesses and reaching new heights together.
Responsibilities:
a) Provision of refreshments and beverages during meetings, events, courtesy calls (both local and foreigners), serve both local and foreigner guests as required, and any other platforms as and when required.
b) Clearing and collecting used cups/utensils for washing after meetings/events/courtesy calls.
c) Maintain cleanliness of pantries including but not limited to kitchen tops, tables and chairs, refrigerators, beverage machines, ovens, toasters, etc.
d) Ensure all meeting rooms are adequately supplied with sufficient refreshments and beverages (including refilling of beverage machines).
e) Ensure all meeting rooms are clean and tidy before and after meetings.
f) Set up tables for in-house dining events where Senior Management presides.
g) Serving duties at formal dining events held in-house.
h) Maintain stock and cleanliness of kitchenware, table-linens and equipment including supplies of F&B items required to support in-house dining events.
i) Maintain cleanliness of dining Rooms (Den), meeting rooms, and function rooms including Senior Management's Lounges. Station at dining rooms during lunch time 12pm to 1pm to clean up tables. Dispose rubbish from Dining Rooms to designated bin centre at 4pm.
j) Top-up of beverage supplies in all dining rooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, function rooms and ensure their readiness state for any in-house events.
k) Co-ordinate with Users to prepare dining set ups for Senior Management meetings, and Corporate Meetings etc.
l) Undertake general clean-up after all in-house lunches/staff functions and prepare room for the following day's activities.
m) Supports the Authority's Facility Manager by reporting malfunctions in all the rooms such as air-con, lights, leakage, damaged furniture etc.
n) Monitor and check stock levels of pantry items, and inform the Authority's Facility Manager for replenishment when necessary.
o) Any other cleaning duties that may be required from time to time, especially during pre-award events to maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the venues as assigned by the Authority's Facility Manager, when necessary.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 7.30am to 5.00pm, with 1 hour lunch break.
May need to work beyond the normal office hours if required.
Salary: $ per month.
