Our Client is a global leader in the provision of cutting-edge subsea technology, rental equipment and products.

With an impressive international client portfolio, our Client is a recognised subsea innovator supporting oil and gas and maritime endeavours across the world.


Reporting to the Head of Unit, and with a matrix reporting line to the EVP of the Eastern Hemisphere, this individual will be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing activity for products and services, supporting business development activity, developing sales plans/strategies and client account management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing international subsea innovator in a permanent staff basis.


Job Purpose:


To contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Further hereto, responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties (to track and trace Trading Sales Orders, to ensure these are on track, to be delivered on time and provide support to the client with regards to knowing the status of sales orders always), and promoting customer satisfaction.


Role and Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

  • Managing Sales and marketing of all Products and Services.
  • Support the sales team in the business development activity for product market segment(s).
  • Client account management and development.
  • Expand the business portfolio by adding complimentary products / principals and identifying new markets.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Cross selling of the products of other departments
  • Project management responsible for the whole project execution
  • Receivables followup
  • Define, agree, and maintain full scale project plans and cost and schedule baselines that meet both project contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Periodically update the management on the status of existing projects and prospective projects.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for conducting market analysis, project feasibility, project evaluation and program planning.
  • Perform any additional work assigned by line manager

QHSSE Requirements

  • There is an obligation on the employee to report such observations and interventions to the HSE Manager or Management

Knowledge, and experience required:


  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
  • Proven years of administrative experience in a related environment
  • Previous experience in a sales role would be preferrable
  • Current knowledge of subsea / oil and gas / maritime industry trends and regulations
  • Sales experience across the APAC regions is highly desirable
  • Must be highly organized and work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Good team development and leadership skills
  • Computer literacy. (Full MS Office suit and Advanced Level Excel)
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fastpaced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Basic analytical experience
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette
