    Description

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside a solid background in conducting neuropsychological assessments for individuals across all age groups. This role entails significant managerial responsibilities, including the oversight of clinical operations, staff rostering, and the provision of clinical supervision.

    • Conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for diverse conditions, focusing on ADHD, learning disabilities, dyslexia, among others.
    • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions through in-person and virtual mediums.
    • Manage clinical team rostering, administrative functions, and approval of leave requests.
    • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to mental health professionals within the team.
    • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team for holistic treatment planning and implementation.
    • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for risk management and clinical operations, facilitating provider training on these protocols.
    • Engage in risk management, crisis intervention, and support for clients in emergency situations in collaboration with our 24/7 helpline team.
    • Commit to continuous professional growth through education and development activities.

    Requirements

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with prior leadership roles in a mental health setting preferred.
    • Expertise in neuropsychological assessment and evidence-based interventions, specifically CBT.
    • Experience in clinical supervision and team management.
    • Valid registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist in Singapore.
