    Description

    Summary

    Lidl & Kaufland Asia are hiring a Legal Secretary for our Legal & Compliance team. The successful candidate will support to all functions of the Legal & Compliance team

    What you'll do


    • Manage contract filing, as well as the operation of the contract management system;


    • Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office;


    • Prepare and check standard documents;


    • Provide assistance to team members in the legal, compliance, intellectual property and company secretary areas, such as updating company documents, company policies and contract template maintenance;


    • Provide administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team, legal spending and payment record maintenance, liaising with other teams/external parties to arrange training/meetings; and


    • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    What you'll need


    • Degree holder with minimum three years of experience in admin supporting an inhouse legal department;


    • Familiar with legal, compliance and company secretary matters;


    • Strong sense of responsibility;


    • Proactive, and attention to detail;


    • Experience in buying office/ trading/ merchandising industry would be ideal;


    • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
