**Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation of reports, and other documents.
- Provide support in organizing and coordinating work orders.
- Manage and maintain licenses and insurance
- Schedule appointments and rosters
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Office Management:
- Maintain organized files, documents, and records.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is wellmaintained.
Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Sales Support:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
