Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the goals of the organization.
Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and optimization within the supply chain market.
Oversee all daily operations
Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, securing business deals, and forming strategic partnerships.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services by maintaining a strong customer focus and implementing quality control measures.
Manage financial performance by monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed the company's objectives.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and work closely with our legal consultants on business-related legal matters.
Represent the company in negotiations, at conventions, public meetings, and other official occasions.

Requirements:

MBA or EMBA is preferred.
Minimum 25 years of working experience in similar capacity and with good indepth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation preferably
Able to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
Independent worker and able to work with cross functional teams
Selfmotivated and able to motivate subordinates of the department
Excellent communication skills (Written and spoken) in English and Mandarin as there is a need to also deal with Chinese counterparts

Operations Executive
