    You will:

    • Being part of the People & Culture team, the role would support our business and employees through meaningful and impactful initiatives as we build scalable workforce across the region
    • Work closely with the Talent team as a HR partner to hiring managers on our growth plans, through a deep understanding of our requirements, and hire strategically for R&D functions (Product, Engineering) as well as other regional functional roles in corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Customer Service)
    • Identify and utilize useful tech talent channels, social media, and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable talent pool
    • Upkeep high standards in candidate lifecycle and experience, respectfully and professionally, while assessing and identifying suitable candidates
    • Continuously improve the candidate experience, and contribute ideas and efforts on employer branding
    • Utilize data and metrics to generate recruitment insights to enhance the overall effectiveness
    • Partnering with HR Operations & Head of People on engagement and branding initiatives
    • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    You Are:

    • Someone who wants to be part of the fun and nurturing People team - with a heart to strive for the best for ourselves and our People
    • Passionate about the ways of working in a start-up and keenest to grow with a FinTech
    • Holding 3-4 years of sourcing experience in an agency or in-house under your belt, recruiting for technical positions in product and software engineering
    • Experienced in research and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
    • A resourceful self-starter who can create systematic and effective sourcing pipelines, keenest to stay ahead of the competition
    • Abreast with local labour laws, and HR best practices
    • Adaptable and not shy from being creative to evolve with business needs
    • Keen to develop yourself as an all-rounder HR professional
