**Key Responsibilities:

1.


Holistic Wellness Integration:


  • Oversee and coordinate the seamless integration of Pilates, meditation, nutrition guidance, and related health workshops within the club.
  • Collaborate with instructors, trainers, and nutrition experts to create a cohesive and diverse wellness program.

Operational Excellence:


  • Lead all operational aspects of the club, including scheduling, facility management, member services, and event coordination.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement efficient processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

Exceptional Member Experiences:


  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes holistic wellbeing.
  • Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Staff Leadership:


  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of passionate wellness professionals, instructors, and support staff.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture centered around growth, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Revenue Growth and Marketing:


  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets through membership sales and program participation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and events.
  • Leverage partnerships and community connections to expand the club's reach.

6.


Wellness Program Development:


  • Collaborate with wellness experts to design and refine Pilates, meditation, and nutrition programs that meet varying member needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into the club's offerings.
  • Plan and coordinate health workshops and member events that align with the club's mission.

7.


Communication and Reporting:


  • Generate regular reports on club performance, member engagement, and financial results. Communicate effectively with club ownership and management, providing updates and insights.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 35 years of experience in managing wellness centers, fitness clubs, or related environments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service and holistic wellbeing.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with Pilates, meditation, and nutrition principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving member preferences. Relevant certifications in wellness, management, or related fields (e.g., Pilates instructor certification, Meditation training) are advantageous.
