    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Responding to all incoming enquiries
    • Logging received IT service request tickets from various avenues to spreadsheet.
    • Work closely with the managers on Engineer's schedule to attend to users/projects.
    • Ensure that all service request forms are signed by users after service is provided and send a copy to the users.
    • To close of all resolved tickets in the various ticketing system / spreadsheet
    • To check on all the hostnames in system and update on creation and to update engineers on the enablement.
    • To check Macbook hostnames in system and update on deletion.
    • Coordinate and arrange for Decom collection.
    • Update and send out the Engineers schedule at the end of the day.
    • Generate and provide various reports as required.
    • Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.
