Description

Job Relationship : Reports to ITC Manager

A. Job Summary

You are responsible for providing effective IT technical support. This includes problem diagnosis, configuration, installation, and general troubleshooting of IT systems and applications, adhering closely to the policies set by Caregivers Alliance Limited (CAL).

B.Responsibilities

Collaborate with ITC Manager on various projects, assisting in project planning and execution.
Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Conduct training sessions for staff on IT best practices and tools.
Create user-friendly guides and materials to enhance understanding and adoption of technology.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Generate reports and updates on IT performance and support activities.
Assist in coordinating with technology vendors to procure hardware, software, and services.
Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and solutions.
Carry out asset management in accordance with CAL's policy and procedures. Keep track of the IT asset movements.
Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
Assist in monitoring and addressing security vulnerabilities and incidents.
Facilitate processing and tracking of other administrative activities including data management.

C.Job Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology with 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in problem diagnostics and resolution, with the ability to work independently
Working knowledge on other IT domains, including software, hardware, servers and network operations
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
