Basic Salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Bonus:

Diploma or degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields:
Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process firstin firstout based on priority.
- Setup, configure, and computer client workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
- Support in the execution of projectrelated assignments and tasks
- Assist onboarding process of new users and set up necessary hardware, software, and access rights.
- Assist in the migration to O36
- Keep IT inventory up to date.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a service desk/helpdesk/technical L1/L2 support role preferred
- Knowledge of basic IT and Mobile Device Management
