Diploma or degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process firstin firstout based on priority.
  • Setup, configure, and computer client workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Support in the execution of projectrelated assignments and tasks
  • Assist onboarding process of new users and set up necessary hardware, software, and access rights.
  • Assist in the migration to O36
  • Keep IT inventory up to date.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service desk/helpdesk/technical L1/L2 support role preferred
  • Knowledge of basic IT and Mobile Device Management
