Description

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in setting up project accounts upon the Projects award.
Work closely with project managers to prepare project financial performance revenue and cost against budget.
Monitor and summarize the project revenue, cost and billing
Monitor project expenses to ensure that it is align with the forecast expenses and buget.
Assist Project Managers to monitor project milestones.
Assist Project Manager to orepare and submit the consultancy claims.
Monitoring staff utilisation and regularising staff time sheet.
Prepare finance related material for monthly business project update meetings.
Work closely with SJ group finance team in extracting required information
Organize project reviews throughout the life of each contract including coordinating the close-out process
Review, verify and process project related transactions (purchase requisitions, invoices, etc.)
Work to continuously improve project execution processes

Requirements:

a. Bachelor's degree with major in accounting, business administration, or finance.

b. At least 2 years experience in cost estimation, budgeting or financial analysis, preferably in engineering / infrastructure sector.

c. Strong analystical abilities in analyzing project cost, identifying trends, forecasting future expenses

d. Good written and fluent verbal communication skills in English.

e. Discipline, self-motivated, responsible and highly proactive.

f. Detail and goal oriented with strong time management

g.

Well versed in MS Office software:
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

h. Experienced in the use of PowerBI is preferred

i. A good team player with good communication and planning skills.
