Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will perform a series of end-to-end policy transaction requests across the Shield Policy Management Team.
As part of this dynamic team, you will report to a Team Lead and ensure that all requests are addressed promptly to ensure timely and seamless customer experience.
- Process end to end policy transaction requests in accordance to guidelines, service standard and quality
- Perform policy assessment and judgment on policy changes
- Follow up with customers on transaction requests
- Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on Policy Servicing matters
- Handle appeals and cases escalated from complaints
- Deliver good customer service
- Develop and maintain process standard operating procedures (SOP) and user guides
- Identify internal process improvement opportunities for improving efficiency and customer centricity
- Involve in adhoc projects and initiative
