About The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll identify and connect with fast-growing businesses and help them use HitPay's commerce solutions to grow.
Our innovative SaaS products are unlike anything else on the market — with unique features including no-code setup, flexible terms of use, and low-cost pricing.
We're constantly developing exciting new features to establish HitPay as a market leader in SME payments.
Relationship-building is at the heart of this role, as you win over leads and delight existing clients with customer service and account management.
You'll also get to shape our product strategy and features through close discussions with our Product and Engineering teams, using your expertise in client insights.

- Own the sales cycle from managing inbounds to closing deals with highgrowth SMEs
- Manage postsale accounts to constantly improve customer engagement, product usage, account activity, referrals, and payments performance
- Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process, and develop strategies to nurture opportunities with each account
- Build relationships and become a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders at potential and existing client companies
- Provide customer service to ensure each client's success in using HitPay's products
- Discuss customer insights and feedback with the Product and Engineering teams, in order to drive HitPay's product strategy and innovation
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in the fintech SaaS industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, and can lead business and technical conversations across all company levels
- Sophisticated understanding of the buyer journey, with an ability to identify the strategy behind each client's business
- Strong ownership of your goals. You're driven by numbers and are excited by the fastpaced challenges and rewards in sales
- A creative and flexible mindset, with a drive to always improve processes and keep learning
