Affiliate Marketing Manager
We are looking for an
Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our
Growth
Marketing Team.


In this role, you will be tasked to build and scale Affiliate Marketing Channels across Castlery's key markets US, SG, AU.

You will be working closely with a dynamic cross-functional team to build a strong and long-lasting relationship with our fellow affiliate partners.


What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for overall growth strategies and performance for Affiliate Marketing channel.
  • Own the channel budget with a datadriven approach to achieve growth and efficiency targets.
  • Identify and onboard strategic Affiliate partners, introduce process and solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • You will negotiate for the company while maintaining healthy and longterm partnerships.
  • Work with Creative, Campaign, Analytics, Merchandising and Tech teams, to build collaborative processes to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Justify and gather resources to support the growth of the channels. Foresee the company's needs, and plan accordingly to evolve the channel to the next level.

What you'll need

  • At least 4 years' experience in Affiliate marketing or Brand Partnership
  • Experience in Performance marketing is a plus
  • Proven track record in owning budget and driving excellence in growing a channel.
  • Experience in achieving targets with insights, planning and good executions.
  • Actiondriven individual who is passionate about the latest trends and technologies in the market.
  • Passionate about data. You are curious and willing to dive deep into the meanings behind data. And use data to guide the decision and initiatives.
  • Testing sometimes mean failure, you are comfortable accepting the failures, learning from them and moving forward with better knowledge and approach.
  • Experience in planning, leading and supervising a team to deliver measurable objectives.
  • Have capabilities to identify, prioritize, and solve complex problems innovatively, and ability to gather necessary resources to materialise or implement new ideas.
