**Roles: - Develop and implement operational plans for shipments, and coordinate with forwarders for both import and export shipments.

Communicate with import and export customs authorities in relevant territories and countries to ensure efficient customs clearance.
Collaborate with factory, warehousing, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods, effective inventory management, and streamlined order fulfillment processes.
Develop and implement regional logistics strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals, focusing on cost optimization, efficiency enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
Regularly review logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with crossfunctional teams, including sales/ operations, and finance, to ensure financial considerations are integrated into logistics decisionmaking processes. Any other adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements: - A team player with at least 3 years of experience in logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
