Red Dot Payment is looking for an Assistant Manager - Risk to join our team
- Investigate and resolve disputes and chargebacks in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Establish and/or enhance control processes for chargebacks and dispute management in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirement
- Perform fraud and transaction monitoring in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Coach junior team member/s in the areas of fraud and transaction monitoring and maintain a high standard of performance, productivity and service quality
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality
- Liaise with internal departments as well as external merchants and partners to proactively manage and resolve feedback and queries promptly
- Ensure company's policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to
- Participate in special projects as required
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications with experience in the Payments or ecommerce industry, specifically in the area of cards chargeback processing and merchant operations
- Sound knowledge of Cards scheme rules
- Good analytical skills to analyze complex data and problem solve
- An organised team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
