We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in engaging customer placement order, fulfilment order, providing solutions, gathering feedback and managing customer satisfaction
Assist in developing, monitoring and managing the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants under the E-Commerce platform
Tracking sales data and providing regular reports including analyzing sales trends
Develop and reinforce relationships with online channel partners to increase online visibility.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager

Requirements:

Currently pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration ( Marketing or related field )
Keen passion in IT products
Basic knowledgeable about IT trends and emerging technologies
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a bonus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
