- Maintain and enhance risk governance and reporting
- Advise Senior Management and the Board on risk management.
- Update risk framework, ensure always fit for purpose and adapts to evolving conditions.
- Partner with business/functions to identify, assess and mitigate risks.
- Oversight of risk identification, risk monitoring and risk controlling
- Key Risk Indicators (KRI) reviews
- Horizon / threat scanning
- Run individual/group engagement/training exercises to promote risk awareness and understanding
- Utilise technology to create risk MI, dashboards, tools to improve efficiency of identifying and managing risk
- 5-10+ years of audit, controls or enterprise risk experience
- 2+ years in enterprise risk management at a major/listed company
- Consulting/Practice ERM experience considered
- Excellent knowledge across governance and risk management
- Proven track record of enhancing risk frameworks, controls, culture and awareness
- Ability to engage with business/function/company management/leadership on risk
- Professional audit or risk certification well regarded (CCSA, CERM, CIA, CRMP)
- A demonstrable interest and passion for risk management
- Desire to innovate and improve enterprise risk management
