Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment activities for Nursing services, ensures the hiring of qualified personnel through effective sourcing, screening, and selection process.
- Manage the relevant job portals and ensure timeliness in job posting to reduce timetohire when competing for indemand positions. This include managing the recruitment systems alongside with HRP.
- Source for new partners in the provision of manpower resourcing services
- Review resourcing templates and administration requirements to ensure a timely and seamless screening process till job offer. This including recruitment metric tracking to assess sourcing effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Partners and Operation team to ensure timeliness in onboarding of new staff.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
:
- Minimum 4years of relevant work experience, preferably in manpower recruitment.
Experience in healthcare sector an added advantage
:
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Selfmotivated, resourceful and able to multitask.
- Team player with positive attitude.
