Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment activities for Nursing services, ensures the hiring of qualified personnel through effective sourcing, screening, and selection process.
  • Manage the relevant job portals and ensure timeliness in job posting to reduce timetohire when competing for indemand positions. This include managing the recruitment systems alongside with HRP.
  • Source for new partners in the provision of manpower resourcing services
  • Review resourcing templates and administration requirements to ensure a timely and seamless screening process till job offer. This including recruitment metric tracking to assess sourcing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Partners and Operation team to ensure timeliness in onboarding of new staff.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 4years of relevant work experience, preferably in manpower recruitment.

Experience in healthcare sector an added advantage
:


  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Selfmotivated, resourceful and able to multitask.
  • Team player with positive attitude.
