Membership Program Management:

Develop and oversee a robust membership program while adhering to PDPA guidelines for data protection. Safeguard member data and create strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead and inspire the marketing team to work collaboratively with operations, purchasing, and training teams


Market Insight and Research:

Plan and oversee market research projects, analyzing consumer behavior, product positioning, competitor landscapes, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive competitive advantage.


Partnership Excellence:

Foster strong relationships with marketing partners to ensure successful delivery of results. Collaborate effectively to maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.


Holistic Project Development:


Develop and implement marketing plans for both new and existing products, utilizing a strategic approach to drive sales and market share.


Performance Analysis:

Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and results. Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance overall performance.


Financial Management:

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Businessrelated discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of impactful experience in a digital/traditional marketing managerial capacity, preferably within the FMGC and/or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving brand growth and driving business profitability.
  • A resultoriented professional with a deep understanding of business and financial considerations.
  • Dynamic, selfmotivated, and handson approach to leadership.
  • Strong creative thinking coupled with excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
