As a Head of Compliance, you will be expected to:

Manage relationships with regulators and partners, and handle queries, clarifications, and address concerns arising from AML and compliance activities.
Monitor new services and product launches to ensure compliance with existing legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Create regular regulatory performance reports for the company, such as recommendations on strategy.
Responsible for building a comprehensive compliance and antimoney laundering management system for various licensed entities and business lines of the crossborder payment company.

You are expected to bring with you:

At least 10 years of compliance experience within cross-border payments or FinTech industry.
Strong knowledge about payment services and cross border payments.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
