Junior HRBP/HR Generalist- Financial Services
- Singapore
This position provides comprehensive HR support across various functional areas including recruiting/staffing, performance management, compensation, benefits, onboarding and employment law compliance and so on.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Business Partner in executing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Get involved in the talent related matters including recuriment, identify and groom highpotential talents, succession planning, performance management
- Oversee HR operational responsibilities such as policy development, procedure enforcement, and compliance management.
- Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, C&B and ER related work
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist related roles
- Good understanding on the HR full function knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$6, $8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
