ASSISTANT DELI MANAGER

We are on the lookout for new faces to join our ever-growing team, with opportunities to specialize in deli (cold cuts, cheese), grocery (freshly baked goods, packaged food products), or alcoholic beverages (craft beer, spirits, wine).

You will be part of an incredibly fun and friendly team of professionals and specialists in their areas within the organization, who all genuinely know the value of working hard and the awesome perks of playing just as hard, if not harder

  • Follow the standards of service as per requirements and training
  • Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all our guests
  • Recommend and promote products based on customer's preferences, as well as advise them on any ongoing promotions
  • Learn about the product range, such as cold cuts, cheeses, baked goods, groceries, and alcoholic beverages
  • Input orders into the pointofservice (POS) system and settle payments
  • Attend and promptly respond to our guests on only queries and / or needs
  • Help to restock shelves and ensure that products are displayed neatly, as and when required
  • Participate in the regular evaluation of operations and procedures, suggesting improvements wherever possible
  • Support enforcement of strict hygiene regulations and upkeep of the outlet's overall cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Assist the Retail Manager in the planning and preparation of employee rosters, and reports where required
  • Any other skilldevelopment or adhoc task as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience is preferred
- *There are also career development options as a Barista, Bartender and even in the back-of-house (BOH) if the interest and passion are there _

  • Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced, yet fun environment
  • Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
  • Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company
