Course registrations of adult learners for all related / approved courses conducted by KBAT.Job Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of refreshments for students.
- Assist with the preparation of course materials for trainers.
- Filing of course material and delegates personnel records in each course record file.
- Assist with hotels booking for delegates where required.
- Ensure all students / delegates have paid for their courses prior to attending.
- Courier of course material and other documents as required.
- Maintain course records, training plan, evaluation and reports.
- Assist with other training administration requirements i.e. LMS online facilitation and invigilation.
- Carry out SSG Funding administration and course requirements.
- Support all trainers as requested for course relevant requirements.
- Report / attend meetings with training team.
- Covering the duties of other training coordinators in their absence.
- Other related duties as assigned
- 13 years of experience in training divers.
Salary:
$1, $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
