Course registrations of delegates for all courses.- Oversee preparation of refreshments for students and food catering.
- Supervise and prepare of course materials for trainers.
- Filing of course material and delegates personnel records.
- Ensuring all training requirements are met at all times.
- Validate student certificates with issuing party when required.
- Ensure all students/delegates have paid for their courses.
- Compiling of administration and records all courses.
- Preparation of logbooks for signature by the course director/training.
