Description

To ensure HRIS system are updated regularly, payroll administration and processing are correct and mandatory according to Singapore Employment Law (MOM).

Assist other Human Resource & Administration matters within the scope of Human Capital & Admin Mgmt Department.

  • To interact with all levels of staff in the Company, especially with the department managers and supervisors in ascertaining their human resource needs' such as salary, overtime and related payment.
Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll processing (from beginning to the end)
  • Twice a month (salary & overtime payment).
Time Management System

  • Collection of data daily
  • Change of employees' shift pattern
  • Overtime checking and update against submission from Department Heads/ Supervisors
  • Verify error with Department Heads/Supervisors
Organization Chart

  • Prepare monthly organization chart
Human Resource Information System

  • Update employees' information as and when change of personnel information of employees'
  • Update new & resigned employees' information
Employees' Welfare linked to Workplace, Safety & Health program

  • Organize annual health screening for employees
  • Organize mandatory health screening for related employees.
  • Assist & Organize adhoc gathering functions
Administrative Support

  • Stationery Administration (Issuing & Ordering)
  • Uniform Administration (Issuing & Ordering)
  • Workers' lockers maintenance & issuing
  • Facilities Administration as and required
Other Management

  • Perform and prepare IRAS21 for resigned work permit employees
  • Government mandatory survey reports

Requirements:


  • Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Prefer 35 years of HRM experience, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Good understanding of statutory regulations, employment act, tripartite guidelines.
  • Handson experience in HR System.
  • Selfdriven with high degree of professional integrity.
  • Meticulous, good in numbers, adaptable and ability to multitask.

5 days work week
