Looking for someone who is wellexperienced in L&D

You will be working in a team of 4 as an HR Executive (Training and Development & payroll).

You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of training needs including facilitating, coordinating, conducting training programs, and training needs analysis and full spectrum of payroll.

Location:
West

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 8.15am - 5.30pm.

This client is a global logistics service company based in Japan, Tokyo.

Preparation, facilitating, coordination, and/ or conducting of various company training programs (ie. Orientation, OJT, inhouse training program, vendor training, etc
Develop and/or improve training materials to facilitate training
Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements
Analyse service metrics and reports to identify service gaps and call for improvement
Plan the annual training program
Identifying training needs with Training Needs Analysis
Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for audits
Responsible for the full cycle of monthly payroll, CPF submission, tax clearance, the government paid leave, NS makeup pay claims and annual IRAS submission
Assisting in performance management and appraisal
Any other adhoc projects/tasks delegated

Experience Requirements:

23 years of experience in training and payroll capacity
Possess sound knowledge of the employment act and statutory guideline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and has good time management skills
Good team player with a positive working attitude.

Education Requirements:

Possess Diploma/ Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
