- Looking for someone who is wellexperienced in L&D
You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of training needs including facilitating, coordinating, conducting training programs, and training needs analysis and full spectrum of payroll.
Location:
West
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 8.15am - 5.30pm.
This client is a global logistics service company based in Japan, Tokyo.
- Preparation, facilitating, coordination, and/ or conducting of various company training programs (ie. Orientation, OJT, inhouse training program, vendor training, etc
- Develop and/or improve training materials to facilitate training
- Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements
- Analyse service metrics and reports to identify service gaps and call for improvement
- Plan the annual training program
- Identifying training needs with Training Needs Analysis
- Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for audits
- Responsible for the full cycle of monthly payroll, CPF submission, tax clearance, the government paid leave, NS makeup pay claims and annual IRAS submission
- Assisting in performance management and appraisal
- Any other adhoc projects/tasks delegated
Experience Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in training and payroll capacity
- Possess sound knowledge of the employment act and statutory guideline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and has good time management skills
- Good team player with a positive working attitude.
Education Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
