Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing all stages of the shipping process including bookings, documentation, and invoicing.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
  • Communicating with suppliers and clients to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure ontime delivery and resolving any issues that arise during transportation.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize shipping procedures and reduce costs.
  • Compiling data and generating reports on shipping activities and performance measurements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, regulations, and customs procedures related to shipping.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Shipping Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze shipping data and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and clearance procedures.
