    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for document register and supporting all general administrative within the Project Team, ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
    • To manage the Statement of Account for multiple projects under the Project Manager.
    • To do finance reconciliation for all the revenue collection and gather status eg. GRD.
    • To manage finance processes including and not limited to the followings: billing, job opening, job amendment, sales pick up, draft memo, job closure and etc.
    • To work with finance business partner on the finance matters.
    • To assist the Project manager in budgeting and cost management: manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • To assist the Project manager in monitoring tasks progress.
    • To manage and ensure all project personnel's clearance approved and renewed timely without disruption to the project.
    • Asset management and tracking within the Project team.
    • Assist and support project team in procurement processes

    Requirement:

    • Minimum qualification : Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Excellent planning, organization and time management skill.
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and team work.
