    Roles & Responsibilities

    We believe the best ideas are sparked by insight and delivered with passion and expertise at every touch point. We expect team members to have a positive approach that encourages creativity to flourish and are looking for an Art Director with the creative intuition and knack to push the limits in creative briefs and deliver on marketing and business objectives for clients. You should be an advocate of good work ethics and armed with a great attitude as a team leader and team player.

    Responsibilities:

    · Respond to briefs and develop concepts across branding, campaigns, design and

    video.

    · Understand the business and marketing objectives and able to deliver messages

    impactfully through design / visuals

    · Own and follow through with turnkey projects from ideas to concepts, design to

    artwork, to production.

    · Execute ideas with flair and flawlessly paying attention to design, layout and

    typography.

    · Execute creative tasks with professionalism to direct the agency and clients forward to

    meet objectives.

    · Responsible for designing key visuals for campaigns and developing digital assets to

    support campaigns, including social media content, microsites, print, animations, video

    content, and ads.

    · Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends and incorporate new

    technology applications into creative proposals.

    · Passionate about creativity and seeking to constantly explore new design frontiers

    · Guide members of the creative team.

    · Working with the CD on pitches.

    Requirements:

    · Demonstrated leadership in concept development.

    · Extensive experience working across brands and businesses with a stunning portfolio.

    · An excellent conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas.

    · High-level creative thinking and the confidence to use it.

    · Proficient in multiple disciplines including branding, design and integrated campaigns,

    interactive media and/or videos.

    · Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience working in leading branding, creative, or

    advertising agencies.

    · Confidence in sharing and presenting ideas.

    · Motivation and the desire to execute every job to the highest standards.

    · The ability to deliver campaigns that generate results.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Positive, collaborative, contagious and work wells with others.

    · Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

    · Knowledge on other softwares i.e. InVision, Sketch, Figma, AfterEffects would be an

    advantage.
